Weight-Loss Services
Vigeo Care Center & Aesthetics
At Vigeo Care Center & Aesthetics, weight-loss is treated as a medical service, not a trend or cosmetic solution. Our weight-loss program is designed for patients who want a safe, structured, and physician-guided approach to managing weight and improving overall health.
We provide medically supervised weight-loss using Zepbound, an FDA-approved prescription medication, combined with clinical evaluation, ongoing monitoring, and patient education. Every treatment plan is personalized and based on medical history, health status, and long-term goals.
Weight-Loss, Treated Medically
Weight gain and difficulty losing weight are often influenced by:
Hormonal regulation
Metabolic function
Medical conditions
Medications
Lifestyle and behavioral factors
For many individuals, diet and exercise alone are not enough. At Vigeo, we address weight-loss through a clinical, evidence-based approach, ensuring care is appropriate, monitored, and aligned with each patient’s health needs.
Our focus is long-term weight management and improved health, not rapid or unsupervised weight-loss.
Our Weight-Loss Treatment Approach
Vigeo’s weight-loss service includes:
Comprehensive medical evaluation
Review of health history and current medications
Eligibility screening for prescription treatment
Personalized treatment planning
Ongoing follow-up and safety monitoring
Education focused on sustainable lifestyle changes
Prescription medication is used only when medically appropriate and always as part of a broader care plan.
Medication Used in Our Program: Zepbound®
As part of our weight-loss service, Vigeo uses Zepbound®, a once-weekly injectable prescription medication approved by the FDA for chronic weight management in adults who meet specific medical criteria.
Zepbound helps regulate appetite and hunger signals and is intended to be used along with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. It is prescribed only after a medical evaluation and is never offered as a cosmetic or standalone treatment.
FDA-Approved Medication & Trusted Sourcing
Medication safety and quality are essential to patient care.
Vigeo offers Zepbound only
All medication used is FDA-approved
Zepbound is manufactured and supplied by Eli Lilly
We do not use compounded, altered, or non-regulated weight-loss injections
This ensures consistent dosing, regulated manufacturing standards, and patient safety.
