Acceptance of insurance does not constitute a guarantee of coverage or payment. Insurance benefits, eligibility, and covered services vary by individual plan and insurer. Patients are responsible for confirming coverage, copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and any out-of-pocket expenses with their insurance provider prior to receiving services. Certain services, including aesthetic and wellness treatments, may not be covered by insurance.
Insurance participation and network status may change at any time. Patients are responsible for confirming that Vigeo Care Center & Aesthetics is in-network with their specific insurance plan at the time services are rendered.
Some insurance plans may require referrals or prior authorizations. Patients are responsible for obtaining any required approvals before their appointment.
Billing & Financial Responsibility
Patients are financially responsible for all charges incurred for services provided, including amounts not covered by insurance. Copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and non-covered services are due at the time of service.
As a courtesy, our office may submit insurance claims on behalf of the patient; however, submission of claims does not relieve the patient of financial responsibility for any remaining balance. Payment for aesthetic, wellness, and self-pay services is required in full at the time services are provided.
