These guidelines help us respect your time, protect appointment availability, and provide each patient with the attention their care deserves.
Booking Your Appointment

All visits to Vigeo require a scheduled appointment. We do not accept walk-ins so our team can dedicate the appropriate time and attention to each patient.

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving promptly allows you to receive the full time reserved for your visit.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the service and remaining appointment time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If something prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a $250 fee billed to your account.
NOTE:
This fee is not covered by insurance.
AFTER-HOURS & EMERGENCIES
When You Need Immediate Medical Care
Vigeo Care Center & Aesthetics does not provide after-hours emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. For non-emergency questions regarding your care or appointment, please contact our office during regular business hours.
